Manages and develops members of the Distribution Center (DC) team.Ensures the DC provides world-class service to internal and external customers.Contributes to meeting overall financial objectives of the DC compared to budget.Creates and fosters an environment of trust, open two-way communication, and cohesive team effort.Ensures the team follows standardized operational processes in accordance with safety policies and procedures.Ensures alignment with strategic vision and communicates organizational mission and values to the team.Educates team members and contract employees on customer satisfaction measures and holds them accountable for results.Identifies opportunities and drives continuous improvement initiatives in the DC.Recruits, interviews, and participates in hiring process for potential DC team members.About Mattress Firm
