An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Veterinary Surgeon to take on the role of Clinical Lead at a well-established practice in Newport. This role is ideal for a veterinary professional who is passionate about both clinical excellence and team leadership, and who is ready to make a significant impact in a thriving practice.
Within your role, you will work closely with the Director, conduct annual reviews, improve practice protocols, implement clinical initiatives, and foster positive transformation within the practice. The practice is also well equipped with all the mod-cons you would expect, and you will be supported by a fantastic team of friendly professionals.
The Rota:
3 days minimum at the practice.Working over 2 sites in close proximity.Open to part-time and flexible hours.
