A Brentwood, TN-based B2B provider of a diverse range of products is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its team. This position offers a hybrid work environment and excellent benefits, including Volunteer Time Off (VTO) and education reimbursement programs.

The Pricing Manager will lead the establishment and execution of the pricing function. Key responsibilities include developing impactful pricing strategies and processes, and overseeing the analytics and reporting needed to evaluate and forecast the financial impact of pricing decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments and interacting with all levels within the company.Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the development and execution of effective pricing strategies and processes, including providing price guidance for

customer proposal and product lines.

• Collect and analyze competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategy and drive profitability.

• Establish and manage process for periodic price adjustment as dictated by market trends, product cost and contractual requirements and drive price realization.

• Establish a deal-desk to collaborate with sales team on pricing strategies for key accounts and contracts.

• Develop and manage all relevant data and analytics to provide regular reporting on price performance, trends and variances.

• Develop process to analyze and forecast win/loss projection as well as revenue and margin variation

• Responsible for analyzing pricing actions and outcomes, while providing recommendations for our pricing strategy to drive ongoing growth and margin enhancement both on selling to new customers and our approach to pricing with our existing customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in financial-related discipline, MBA preferred

• Strong skills in programs such as Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI with the ability manage and interpret large amounts of data

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understands principles of GAAP accounting and performing reconciliations
