Account Manager, Biologics
role is about making an impact on people's health and well-being every single day. As a part of the greater Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will call on hospitals, wound care centers and private retail offices(podiatry, foot and ankle, etc.) to provide key brands Santyl, Regranex and other products for all types of wound injuries on patients.Are you ambitious and driven, striving to exceed quotas and be at the top of sales rankings, year over year? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our Advance Wound Biologics team.What will you be doing?Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customers relationshipsEducate end users including physicians, clinicians and other medical staff, on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew productsDeliver in-person sales presentations to key customers and customers groups (hospitals, IDNs) as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groupsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.What will you need to be successful?Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare environmentMinimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the medical/acute care settingProven track record to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settingsStrong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory managementProven success with complex sales process selling with either medical devices or pharmaceuticalsExperience selling in a clinical environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an accountProfessional training program experience (i.e., Challenger Selling)All field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role, must successfully compete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID 19 vaccine management.You.
