Senior QA Analyst

Hybrid-MI-Auburn Hills-on site 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our team. This hybrid position requires onsite work in Auburn Hills, MI, 2-3 days per week. The role is initially for a 4-month project, with a strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and follow QA methodologies

Ensure adherence to established processes and standards

Test within an Agile environment, including participation in sprint planning, providing QA estimates, and engaging in daily standups

Qualifications:

Education and Years of Experience:

5-8 years of experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

Ambiguity Analysis

Test Scenario Development

Test Case Development

Familiar with Various Testing Techniques

Familiar with Various Test & Defect Management Tools, such as JIRA

Test Effort Estimation

Advanced Technical Skills

Able to Offer Recommendations for Process Improvement and Carry Out a Plan to Implement Changes

Able to Fill the Role of QA Lead as Needed

Able to work in a faced paced environment often testing across multiple environments at the same time.

Must be able to successfully multi task
