Job Summary:Ford Of Corinth is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a crucial member of our sales team, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, located in Corinth, MS.Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business- Coordinate and schedule test drives for potential customers- Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies- Attend training sessions and meetings to expand knowledge on products and sales techniques- Deliver exceptional customer service at all timesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong customer service skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
