Senior Administrative Specialist
to join our Team in
Washington, DC.
Position Responsibilities:
Performsadministrativedutiesasrequiredsuchaswritingmemos,filing,typing,andcopyingdocuments.
Developsspreadsheets,maintainsprogram,project,andtaskfiles,technicalsupportinformationforprogram,projectmanagers.
Organizesandmaintainscalendarsforoneormoremanagers, schedulesmeetings,takesmeetingnotesanddistributestoattendees.
Preparescorrespondence,briefs,andreportsandassistswithplanning,initiation,andtrackingoftaskassignmentsandassociateddata.
Assistswithpreparingand processing travel and maintaining travel requests and records.
Distributes and monitor taskings, data calls and coordinating troubleshoot requests.
Position Requirements:
BA/BS + 7 years of relevant experience or Masters + 5 years of relevant experience
