JOB DESCRIPTION - FULL-TIME RN-BSN SUPPORT COORDINATOR

FULL-TIME RN-BSN SUPPORT COORDINATOR

SUPERVISOR: DIRECTOR,

SCHOOL OF NURSING

PURPOSE:

Full-time program support for the RN-BSN program

RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinates designated activities as assignedResponds to requests accordingly from RN-BSN leadership, students, faculty, and staffMaintains schedule and faculty appointment forms for full time faculty and adjuncts as assignedManages faculty scheduling with the assistance of program leadershipAssists in the maintenance of student records while collaborating with program leadership and/or professional advisorsMonitors and assists with accreditation needs for additional reports as well as annual reports for ACEN and LSBNWorks with appropriate offices across campusParticipates in School of Nursing Committees as assigned.Organizes and sets up meetings as requested from program leadership.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree preferredTechnical skills in the utilization of Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365Technical skills in the utilization and creation of spreadsheetsAbility to learn new technology advances such as SMART SheetsStrong time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills in addressing public and co-workers across campusPrior support role/office management experience preferred
