Job Overview: A law firm in Saint Louis, MO, seeks a Tax Corporate Associate Attorney with a Missouri law license. The ideal candidate should possess a CPA, accounting, and/or finance background. They should have at least 3+ years of experience negotiating and drafting primary and ancillary documents for various corporate transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of general corporate law, tax principles, and accounting practices.
