Summary

:The

Sales BDC Agent

is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about vehicle purchases.Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.Generate and schedule sales appointments.Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission-driven role.Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.**All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines**
