Your Impact:

Pearce is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who will support the Renewables division finance leader and executives with regular and ad hoc reporting focused on driving financial and operational performance, efficiency, and cost management. This individual will participate in and help drive standard weekly and monthly reporting packages, report building, ad hoc analysis and data management to inform the business on operational and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work with the operations leadership and Finance Manager on ad hoc analysis and deep dive analytical projects focused on driving efficiency and business process improvements.
  • Be a trusted partner in forecasting and budgeting, performing informative analysis to drive better understanding, owning critical components of the forecast, helping facilitate consistent approach and reporting across business units.
  • Work with the Finance team on margin analysis to drive business insight around process improvement and cost savings opportunities.
  • We are looking for a team player and independent thinker who can get things done with minimal guidance and who has enough business savvy to ask great questions.
  • Work with the Data Analytics team to drive process automation, report and dashboard building and maintenance for better operational insight.
  • Learn and master data and reporting systems, and facilitate the sharing of best practices.


Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
  • Mastery of financial statements and their component parts.
  • 7+ years of financial or operational analytics work experience, with a proven track record of career progression.
  • Strong Excel skills, including analysis and modeling with large data sets. Experience with pivot tables and nested formulas (must have).
  • Power BI and Salesforce experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to partner with senior and executive level management.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Can intuitively break down complicated problems into simple process steps.
  • Must be a solution-oriented self-starter with a sense of urgency and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.


Compensation: $75,000.00- $90,000.00 annually/DOE
