We promise "a helpful smile in every aisle" and those smiles can only come from a workforce that is fully engaged and committed to supporting our customers and each other.Job Description:Job Title: Digital Marketing CoordinatorDepartment: Information TechnologyFLSA: ExemptGeneral FunctionResponsible for the planning and execution of digital tactics including website content and graphic updates, email sends, and more.Core CompetenciesPartnershipsGrowth mindsetResults orientedCustomer focusedProfessionalismReporting RelationsAccountable and Reports to: Digital Marketing ManagerPositions that Report to you: NonePrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with brand managers, graphic designers, and content creators to plan digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Airship, Acoustic (ESP), GMB and other digital platforms.Execute digital marketing plans to exceed industry benchmarks in a drive to be best in class.Assist with the analysis of campaign performance to optimize and report overall results utilizing various reporting software including Google Analytics.Assist the team in a variety of digital activities and project management to support Marketing and Loyalty goals.Maintains and revises website graphics, content, files, and directories.Reports to work when scheduled and on time.Secondary Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms other job-related duties and special projects as required.Participates in company and team meetings.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker CharacteristicsCommitment to the Hy-Vee Mission and a willingness to promote the values of the company.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner. Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to identify problems, develop and execute solutions.Ability to interact with basic computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet and email applications, as well as job-specific programs.Education and Experience1 year of digital marketing experience; experience with Google Tag Manager; experience with Google Analytics; general knowledge of HTML/CSS.Physical RequirementsMust be able to physically perform sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.Working ConditionsThe duties for this position are normally conducted in an office environment.
