Job Description

Brightspeed is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager for our Sales and Channel Management - Community Transformations department to join our team! In this role, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible to grow the Multi-Unit Dwelling (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) partnerships through contract acquisition with developers, property managers and builders. The Senior Account Manager will educate developers about Brightspeed products and services and negotiate the best options for securing an agreement for Brightspeed to bring fiber services to new or existing properties. This person must have strong business development, conflict, and funnel management skills. The Senior Account Manager needs to enjoy building long-term relationships and have a demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals.

This position will require travel out of state.

As Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:Accountability for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotasDeveloping and executing hunting strategies to target new MDU and single-family home construction in your territoryCreating and maintaining a full sales funnel catching every opportunity in your territoryBuilding great customer relationships and delivering an excellent end-to-end customer experienceResponsible for day-to-day sales activity management, funnel activity, territory management, and customer focused sales effortsParticipating in community and industry-related events to further develop the opportunities to procure new businessLeading in both industry knowledge and your territory's competitive landscapeNegotiating offers and contracts for building entrance agreements, bulk prices, and marketing agreementsWorking closely with engineers and other cross functional teams to create the best solutions for customers and a seamless customer experienceTracking customer fiber builds to ensure the project will hit the first occupancy date and that the customer is informed on project milestonesProactively troubleshooting issues and managing quick resolutions of any obstacleQualifications

What It Takes To Catch Our Eye!

Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related experience3+ years of sales or account management experienceProven results-driven, professional sales experienceRequires strong written and verbal communicationsDemonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to travel to meet the demands of the jobValid driver's license and acceptable driving record (MVR)Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPointPosition will be based in the LaCrosse, WI areaBonus Points For:

Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and servicesResidential Property management or real estate development#LI-AK1
