We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Pricing and Contracting Analyst.

The Pricing and Contracting Analyst will be responsible for reviewing price calculations, government reporting obligations, commercial contracts review, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis required to manage these programs.
  • The Pricing and Contracting Analyst must possess an ability to manage multifaceted responsibilities, along with building cross functional relationships with Marketing, Market Access, Compliance, and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with laws governing government programs are within ADMA Biologics written policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
  • Review and analyze reporting of programs requiring price reporting, per legislative requirements, including Average Manufacturers Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP), non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (nFAMP), Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), Industry Funding Fee (IFF), and Unit Rebate Amount (URA)
  • Data analytics and problem solving with regards to Government Pricing calculations; trending analyses, and presentations to leadership.
  • Support the development of procedural documentation as required by changes in legislation and business practices.
  • Interact with multiple layers of staff and leadership regarding price variances and new programs.
  • Support the update of SOP's as needed in addition to documenting reasonable assumptions.
  • Assist with the review of monthly accruals, reconciliations, analyses, and reporting for all GTN line items.
  • Assist with the review of monthly accruals, reconciliations, analyses, and reporting for Market Access, Sales and Commercial Operations and Pharma Warehouse.
  • Assist with the review of monthly GTN utilization files, GTN accrual summary, file and GTN reporting.
  • Provide management with insight and detailed explanations for fluctuations between forecasted rates and actual GTN deductions.
  • Awareness of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on GTN forecasting and accruals.
  • Support Market Access and Compliance teams in analysis of bonafide service fees and other special projects.

Education Requirements

  • Education Requirements: College degree in Business or related fields, economics, statistics, finance, or accounting.

  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years of business experience, preferably with a concentration in pharmaceutical data analysis, commercial contracting, Government Programs-related activities, rebates, chargebacks, and financial analysis. SAP a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and adjust priorities to achieve accurate and timely results.

Compliance Requirements (ES):
  • As a part of our Quality Systems and cGMP initiatives, employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with all ADMA Quality policies, standards and SOPs in their area of work and responsibility. This includes ensuring all Quality Assurance (QA) records and reports, Human Resources (HR) policies, and Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and practices are completed in a timely manner. Any delay or failure to comply with policies, standards and procedures is required to be communicated/escalated to the appropriate responsible parties, such as QA, HR, or EH&S depending on the issue.

Physical Requirements (ES):
  • Physical: Sits at desk 50% of time to perform financial reporting duties, other special projects, and discussions with management and staff. 25% walk through department and building managing staff, visually reviews information. 25% attend company meetings with other departments. Other: May require frequent after-hours work. During budget preparation and at year end, may work a significant number of after-hours.
