We are seeking:

An ideal Management Consulting Manager background includes functional expertise and a demonstrated interest in consumer and/or retail sectors. Consulting experience is valued (but not necessary)Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, intellectual curiosity and a wide range of passions and backgroundsIndividuals who demonstrate adaptability to new assignments, systems, and tools, possess the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines under pressure, and maintain a strong sense of humorCRG New Hires:

Participate in onboarding bootcamp and training to develop quantitative and qualitative skillsExperience Client Projects:

Collaborate with CRG consulting teams on high-impact projects, while getting exposure to clients and senior leadershipGain Mentorship:

Participate in events during the summer to foster networking and engagement within CRG and greater A&M

Desired Professional Experience : Consulting projects or experience in one or more of the following areas:

Undergraduate degree from a top universityPreferred 3-5 years of relatable business experiencePreferred 1+ years of an internship in Consumer or Retail-related business or consulting in a professional services firm environment preferred / or corporate positions with a financial and operational focusAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access and ExcelStrong technical acumen and comfortable working with complex dataExperience leading and managing complex work streams and projectsBuild and drive the case for change on related work streams and projectsIndependently structure problem solving approaches and adapt quickly to changing directionSynthesize complex analysis and identifies implications with attention to detailCreative with the development of new tools, methodologies and approachesExperience with proposal development, strong commercial instincts and interestAdvanced written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of client ready document and presentation developmentOpen to +/- 70% travel M-FThe salary for a Manager is $175,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours:

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
