Job Description

The global marketing communication manager leads a global team of talented marketing communication specialists in the design, development, and execution of global campaigns to achieve defined campaign goals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of b2b marketing experience with 3+ years in people management. Strong leadership and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role!

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Agilent business with impactful global marketing campaignsLead a distributed team of marketing communications specialists to design and execute global marketing campaigns achieving defined campaign goalsFoster strong collaboration with Global Marketing Program managers and product marketing and segment marketing stakeholderFoster an outcome driven mindset to lead campaign performance through defined KPI and regular reportsCultivate a creative, innovative, and collaborative spirit leading a global team of talented marketing communicant specialists across multiple continents, cultures, and time zonesLead the team to successfully master marketing asset development and execution in a multi-dimensional operational ecosystemManage all aspects of people management including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, development, and performance reviewsGrow individual talent with defined development plans and regular feedback sessionsEnsure adherence to Agilent brand and design standards and consistent messaging across programs, campaigns, and deliverablesSupport selected global initiatives withing the Commercial Marketing StrategyLocation:

Must be commutable to Wilmington, DE site. This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing, marketing strategy or marketing communications experienceBA/BS or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree3+ years people management skills, preferably in an international setupAbility to lead successful collaboration in a corporate environment / matrix organizationCross-discipline marketing expertise with demonstrated competency across a mix of channels, including email marketing, social media, digital media, marketing automation, account-based marketingStrong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage external partnerships across time zonesAbility to give clear, concise, and constructive feedback to both internal and external resourcesOutstanding English written and verbal communication skills
