Who We’re Looking For:MyHealthTeam is seeking a Sr. Manager, Partner Results to join our Partner Results Team. This is a pivotal role that collaborates with various departments, such as Marketing, AdOps, Partnerships Success, Business Development, and more. Working closely with these teams, you’ll play a crucial part in evaluating media campaign performance and crafting proactive optimization strategies to meet and exceed our performance benchmarks. Additionally, you’ll engage with media agency clients to comprehend their campaign objectives and KPIs and tailor optimization strategies accordingly.What You Get To Do Every Day:Develop comprehensive campaign measurement plans, KPIs, and benchmarks to facilitate robust performance trackingLeverage third-party data within MyHealthTeam’s internal analytics platform to monitor campaign performance and conduct insightful trend analyses throughout campaignsContinuously monitor and evaluate the performance of MyHealthTeam’s campaigns across various brands and conditionsCollate data points across different conditions and brands to predict campaign performance to bridge gaps in data or for new campaigns and communitiesDeliver monthly performance insights across campaigns and brands to internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, AdOps, Business Development, and Partnership Success teamsCompile campaign performance data to craft compelling case studies for requests for proposals (RFPs)Establish a consistent process for performance check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients throughout the yearLead client calls and probe to gather competitive data and performance feedbackWhat We’re Looking For:A background in business, bioscience, marketing, economics, or related fieldsMore than five years of experience in media or data analytics within the pharmaceutical industryAn analytical mindset with a penchant for exploring extensive datasets and identifying trendsProficiency in conceptualizing and creating templates using Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau to visualize data and insights effectivelyProficiency with various data analysis and presentation methodsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAn ability to engage and lead conversations positively with cross-functional teams and clientsThe ability to efficiently handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellencePreferred knowledge of data analytics platformsExpertise in forecasting and conducting scenario analysis to anticipate trends and potential outcomesSkills That Aren’t Required, but Definitely a PlusProficiency with third-party datasets, such as Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony, and ComscoreExperience with assessing media performance for pharmaceutical advertisementsMyHealthTeam is committed to creating an inclusive space where current and future employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
