This position is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the administrative side of the school campus while also developing a strong community and guiding teacher development as we seek to continuously improve our educational methods.Most importantly, our schools embrace a culture of care—physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, both in and out of the classroom. This position will play a critical role in guiding this culture to ensure a community where children are at the center of everything we do, and creating an optimal learning environment that is safe, welcoming, and well-organized.What We Are Looking ForA Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in Child Development or similar fieldMinimum one year of experience in a school leadership position (Administration Experience)Three years of previous teaching experienceKnowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the positionBroad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly school environmentPrevious responsibility for school operations, including building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures is strongly preferredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
