Our enthusiastic staff of 4,000 professionals believes that everyone has a fundamental right to live, love, work, and learn.Key/Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesCreate the monthly schedule for LPNsProvide oversight to LPNs and CNAsTrain staff on colostomy, enteral feeding tubes, wound care, catheterization, turning and positioning, and utilization of the Hoyer lift system as per OPWDD guidelinesMedication management and medical oversightOversee training of direct care staffDocument medical appointments and medical issuesInform care managers and parents of any medical changesProvide on-call support (telephone only) on a rotational basisMinimum Qualification Requirements
