Amazing growth trajectory with new products launching every year.Description :The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) will work only with Kaiser accounts, supporting physicians, staff, and both new and existing patients in hospitals, office settings, and associated satellite offices. The CAM will support the overall growth of the company's business through effective account management by focusing on HCP influence, patient training, account in-services, educational support, and collaborating with supporting functions to build key account relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and coordinate execution of approved territory and customer-specific plans adhering to all institutional and account guidelines and protocols:Conduct physician office and team educational training.Conduct initial patient training and appropriate patient follow-up based on the approved protocol established by the site.Provide education as necessary.Identify and develop key opinion leaders as advocates.Provide clinical insight and value to grow our business and enhance customer relationships.Requirements:MUST have at least one of the following credentials:RN, Registered Dietician, PA, NP, or Clinical Diabetes Educator with experience working with patients with Diabetes.Must have business savvy, be creative, and have grit.Ability to travel within territory; some overnight travel may be required.Compensation:Base salary: $100-110K + $50K bonus based on MBOs, car mileage, full benefits including 401K with matching, and a discount on company stock, with a lot of growth potential!
