The program serves as the home of multivariate and A/B (split) testing, conversion rate and performance optimization testing. This analyst will align with our product development, analytics, marketing, product management, user experience design and business partners for thermofisher.com to handle the testing lifecycle from intake to deployment to analysis. They will also lead test requests, collaborate with partners in the process, see tests into production, and statistically analyze results to create actionable recommendations.They will additionally coordinate the documentation and communication of results to our different business units. This person will be the main point of contact for all requests involving Adobe Target and will need to be a strong quantitative analyst to report optimal product solutions to lead us to improving digital experiences, growth, and productivity optimization.Location:

US RemoteA day in the Life:Owning and running A/B Testing (split or multi-variate) and optimization test (CRO) requests through the full testing cycleGathering testing requirements from collaborators and communicating timelines, expectations, and the testing process to business units and partnersAnalyzing testing results based on statistical methods in order to provide statistically significant, sound recommendations to push optimal solutions into production for all trafficDefine new opportunities to test and guide the testing roadmap and backlogBe testing lead across global sites and the subject matter authority on Adobe Target requests, communicating with program partnersDocumenting results, trends over time and impact of tests, creating a repository and archive to continue applying insights in the futureAdvocating for data driven decision making and customer-centricity across all touchpoints of digital product experiencesKeys to Success:Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree equivalent work experience required.Consistent record and proficiency using Adobe Target & AnalyticsExperience running and analyzing successful A/B tests for digital organizationsPrevious experience using statistical methods to analyze data with proficiency in statistical hypothesis testing (sampling, variance, statistical significance, confidence intervals, regression, margin of errors, wins within confidence levels, etc.)Comfortable working with a diverse audience and a clear, confident communicatorQuantitative problem solver, data-driven mentality balanced with a customer first approachExperience working on websites, in eCommerce and/or with mobile interfaces and other digital productsProficiency with the MS Office suite, specifically ExcelAbility to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and consistently deliver on time and on budgetAbility to clearly document and present results to differing partner audiencesKnowledge of Adobe Launch, and Workfront a plusCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
