Congo Brand’s goal is to be the go-to ‘Better for You Brand’ for everything from nutritional supplements, energy drinks, snacks and much more.The RoleThe main priority of the Regional Account Manager (RAM) is to drive the strategy and initiatives established by the Congo Brands leadership team within their assigned regional accounts. The RAM will be responsible for achieving volume and distribution goals of the Congo Brands portfolio within their assigned accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesSell and execute company strategy and initiatives for regional and local chains within an assigned territoryInfluence execution of programs via decision maker within chainOwnership of volume targets, spending budgets and overall results within assigned territoryEnsure area compliance on national corporate mandated and optional programsEnsure local market/region pricing is in line with national pricing standardsWork with Field Sales Organization to ensure In-store standardsDirect contact to local/regional account teams within distributor to set strategy and sales expectationsResponsible for building and owning relationships through select management within wholesaler network, sharing key contact responsibilities for company communicationKey Skills and Experience Required5 years’ experience managing regional or national accounts, beverage experience preferredSelf-motivated with a proactive approachExisting knowledge of regional off premise chains within assigned territoryExcellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skillsMust be organized with the ability to work both independently and within team environment.Must be adaptive to change within organization and industryMust be willing to travel to meet with assigned customersResults oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skillsAbility to multi-task and work at a fast paceProficient with Microsoft Office productsDisplay integrity, character, and strong leadership skills.Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceTravel50%This position requires a clean driving record and authorization to obtain your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) upon receiving and accepting a job offer.This position requires a valid driver’s license.Compensation and Benefits DetailsCompetitive SalaryHealth/Vision/Dental Benefits15 days of PTO + 8 paid holidays6 weeks paid parental leave401K plan with employer matchMonthly cell phone stipendAND SO MUCH MORE!Congo Brands, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.#PRIME
