Oversees the maintenance reliability program for the rotating equipment within a midstream operating division.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages equipment analysts, optical gas imaging technicians, and mechanical specialistsManages major warranty issues associated with compressor packagesAnalyzes performance of engines and compressorsBuilds/maintains engine and compressor databaseAssists implementation and training for maintenance scheduling and reporting through EAMOversees idle package inventory and critical spare parts inventory. Provides support to Commercial and Operations for the relocation of compression packages.Schedules and implements technical training for field mechanicsOversees lube oil programCoordinates and tracks failure analysesProvides overhaul management. Makes recommendations to operational groups on order of importance based on performance analysis, hours of operation, and lube oil analysis.Drives audit process to help improve mechanical reliabilityMonitors greenhouse gas reports and delinquent repairsRepresents the operating division as the subject matter expert on any corporate rotating equipment initiativesDesired Skills and Experience:

10+ years of relevant experiencePossess a thorough knowledge of operations and maintenance of engines, gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors (high and low speed)Ability to build spreadsheets and/or Power BI reports to show reliability and compliance progressPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of company procedures and Industry-related safety standards and applicable Federal and State regulationsExperience in administering company-wide programs.Above average analytical skills are needed to evaluate machinery performance, condition levels, and overall trendsAbility to work effectively with others in a team environment.Willingness and ability to communicate to groups and provide training as neededDesired Software Knowledge:
