Work Experience10+ years of experience as an ABAP DeveloperManufacturing industry experience preferred but not requiredStrong development experience in Production Planning & Supply Chain solutionsExperience in Discrete manufacturing, particularly in cable, is a plusGood experience in Form development: Adobe, Smartforms, and scriptsAbility to design & develop architectural plans for third-party systems integration using APIs, IDoc, and other protocolsProficient in object-oriented programming and providing scalable solutionsGood knowledge of SAP best practices, industry standards, and experience in Agile development methodologies
Experience in one of the below areas:SAP APOS/4 HANA migration experienceSAP BTPSAP WF
EducationMinimum Bachelor's Degree
DescriptionInteract with management and end client's business process team and business users to determine system requirementsAnalyze software requirements to determine design feasibilityEvaluate interface between hardware & software and performance requirements of overall systemDesign SAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) in SAP systems, using design/development platforms and toolsDevelop software systems, including programming, documentation, and testing proceduresCoordinate with SAP basis team on transports related to development through corresponding transport landscapeProvide support and advice in all technical aspects during implementationDevelop and realize the SAP cutover plan before going liveAdvise concerning maintenance of the system post go-liveCoordinate implementation of technical objects in SAP Netweaver PlatformAdvise on SAP provided enhancements, bug fixes, OSS notes, support packages, and system upgrades of software components installed
