The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, motivated, quick learner and a team player. In this pivotal role you will be part of a team that touches on all customers and collaborates closely with all other business units.Process and fulfill customer orders via Proofpoint-developed toolsCollaborate with product teams to address and resolve configuration issuesAid in developing and updating procedural documentationReport problems or concerns promptly, effectively communicating with your manager to ensure timely resolutionUndertake any additional tasks or assignments directed by the Manager that contribute to the overall success of the team and organizationServe as Subject Matter Expert for newly introduced productsDrive process improvement effortsWhat you bring to the team:Analytical skills, which are crucial in deciphering complex product scenarios, gaining valuable insights and making informed decisionsCustomer service skills are essential for building strong relationships with internal customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional best in class experiencesBeing a self-starter is invaluable as it demonstrates initiative, drive, and the ability to take ownership of tasks without constant directionAn ability to flex with changing priorities, capable of handling rapid changesA talent for critical and creative thinkingA working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Microsoft Windows OS – user levelWorking knowledge of ERP programs at the user level.Effective communication skills are vital for conveying ideas clearly, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships within the organizationWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions.
