With our commitment to exceptional customer service and a wide selection of stylish formalwear options, we are dedicated to helping our clients look their best for their most important moments.We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Men's Formalwear Rental Showroom Associate to join our team. As a Showroom Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience by assisting clients with style selection, fittings, and outfit coordination. You will also contribute to the overall success of our showroom by ensuring it remains organized, well-maintained, and fully stocked.Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphereHelp clients choose the perfect formalwear ensemble by offering style recommendations and size assistanceConduct fittings and alterations as needed to ensure a proper fitAnswer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about rental policiesShowroom Maintenance:Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experienceRestock and arrange rental items on display racks and shelvesMonitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for rental itemsInventory Management:Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming inventory shipmentsMaintain accurate records of inventory levels, including sizes and stylesPrepare rental items for customer pick-ups and returns, ensuring they are clean and in excellent conditionSales Support:Actively engage in sales efforts, including upselling and cross-selling additional accessories or servicesProcess customer orders, reservations, and payments accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with the showroom manager to meet sales targetsTeam Collaboration:Work closely with other showroom associates and the showroom manager to ensure a seamless customer experienceParticipate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and company policiesRequirements
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service.Basic knowledge of men's formalwear and fashion trends.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Benefits:
