Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Our east Portland client seeks an upbeat CFO to join their executive team. This role will oversee the accounting department and handle all financial matters for the organization. The ideal candidate is collaborative, has a positive outlook, and enjoys strategizing to support the organization's continued success and growth.Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and provide direction to team leaders.Partner with executives to ensure alignment with the organization’s financial strategies and goals.Handle financial planning and strategizing functions keeping executives informed of the organization's standing.Assess processes/operations for continuous improvements and efficiencies.Prepare month/year end documentation and respond to audit requests.Ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and risk management.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.8 years of progressive financial management experience with proven ability to manage finances for a $200+ MM organization.Tech-savvy with ERPs, financial reporting systems, and advanced Excel skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, effectively problem solve, and make decisions.Deadline-driven with the ability to effectively manage and delegate competing tasks and priorities.Salary: $200k–$230k + Bonus (DOE)Benefits
