The ideal candidate will possess strong credentials, including a solid academic background, analytical skills, research proficiency, and exceptional oral advocacy skills. The role requires a motivated individual with the ability to strategize defense litigation, formulate litigation plans, budget costs, evaluate exposures, and demonstrate a good working knowledge of South Carolina's substantive and procedural law, as well as federal procedural rules.Responsibilities:
