We are seeking a committed and dedicated hospitality professional for the
General Manager
position at one of
Chicago's
finest golf facilities. This is a truly unique GM opportunity with a prominent and growth-focused club management company. This club offers 27 holes of golf along with a large clubhouse/grounds perfect for private events, weddings, etc. A successful GM will not only maintain stable and successful operations, but will also have the opportunity to launch creative ways of increasing revenues.
COMPENSATION:
Base Salary of $150,000 - $170,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k w/match, PTO, relocation assistance if required and more!
General Manager Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years of General Manager experience with a golf club or hotel/resort with golf (5-10+mil in total revenues)3-5+ years of Assistant General Manager experience with a golf club or hotel/resort with golf (10+mil in total revenues)F&B management/leadership experienceService-oriented approach and mentalityTrack record of success leading and developing across multiple departments
