Greater NY Metro Area.Key Behaviors and Relational Effectiveness

Lead subdivisional commercial strategy formulation with alignment with the divisional strategy for growth and industry leadershipPromote team-orientation culture and foster alignment among all selling environments (clinical, hospital and health system, specialty, VBC, etc.)Provide direction and leadership support for executing regional business plans by coaching sales managers towards achieving their growth and retention objectivesProvide thought leadership around industry trends and business intelligence to guide day to day commercial decision makingExpand on current opportunities by furthering active relationships and striking strategic partnershipsDrive a data-driven culture using analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to uncover sales trends and insightsBuild a culture of accountability, high performance, and inclusiveness among the sales teams through intentional leadershipHire and develop sales leaders (and reps) aligning management development competencies and sales excellence standardsWork closely with operations leadership to set up and maintain new clients/health systems to ensure optimal customer satisfaction along with sustainability and efficiency for LabcorpUnderstand budgets and financial data (including P&Ls) to drive decision-making and growthLeadership

Bachelor's degree required; life sciences degree preferredA minimum of 7 years of clinical diagnostics, life sciences or healthcare sales experienceA minimum of 3 years of managing healthcare sales professionalsExtensive experience in presenting to C-suite of large institutional customersExperience managing a P&LAbility to communicate and present to large complex customersKnowledge of Health SystemsDemonstrate the ability to solve complex problemsKnowledge of Managed Care, Value Based Care and FQHCsStrong collaboration skills to partner within the matrix to meet customer needsHighly preferred

5+ years of experience prospecting, relationship-building and acquiring new institutional healthcare system opportunities (large physician and hospital)5+ years managing sales professionalsApplication Window:

$175,000 - $195,000 annually + sales incentive and equity eligibilityBenefits:
