We are seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in providing administrative support, coordinating with team members, and assisting with marketing activities.

This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a top-quality, career-minded individual to work directly with a top performing senior real estate team as a marketing/transaction/escrow coordinator.

Ideal candidate will have superb written, organizational and communication skills, give 100% commitment to helping create a dynamic team environment, have strong attention to detail, be a self-motivator/proactive, problem solver and a quick learner.

Marketing Duties

Create proposals for properties by utilizing M&M programsDesign and create email marketing campaigns for new property listings, property closingsDesign and create flyers/postcards for new property listings, property closingsPost properties for sale on group’s website and external marketing websitesUpdate group’s website/website maintenanceDevelop impactful sales aids to use in client meetingsActively create and execute new ideas to expand the team branding in the D/FW marketAdministrative Duties

Working with office staff on property status/changes/new tasksCorresponding with escrow, management, brokers and clients regarding property information and documentationFilling out various forms such as broker co-op, wiring instructions, and activity change formConsistently updating database and keeping track of market transactions; research new clientele and update existing clientele in the team’s contact management softwareCoordinate, ordering, and sending client giftsPulling properties for sale website traffic reports to share with client or any other research projects clients requestSkills And Experience

Adobe InDesign knowledge is importantHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Administrative or real estate experience is preferredCollege degree is a plusStrong communication skills, professional and courteous manner and phone voiceFriendly and outgoing personalityAbility to work autonomously (self-motivated) and as part of a teamAdobe Photoshop experience is a plusDatabase input and maintenance (experience with REA, Salesforce is a plus)Extremely detail oriented and highly organized, excellent follow up, accurate data entryAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyProfessional and polished demeanorAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
