Job Overview - Environmental Project Manager (Engineering):
Our client is seeking a skilled Environmental Project Manager (Engineering) to oversee and manage water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will bring a background in engineering, environmental science, or geology, with hands-on experience in water or wastewater treatment facilities.
Location:
Lehigh County, PACompensation:
$80,000 - $100,000/year + bonus
Responsibilities as the Environmental Project Manager:
Project Management:
Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical expertise in the planning, design, and execution of environmental projects.
Compliance:
Ensure projects comply with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with engineers, geologists, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
Client Communication:
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
Qualifications for the Environmental Project Manager:
Experience:
3-10 years of experience managing water or wastewater treatment projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License; PA State Water or Wastewater license preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Schedule:
Willingness to work overtime as required.
