Our global team is made up of 22,000 diverse and brilliant people, passionate about insights, innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers.What you will do:The Aveeno Global Innovation Brand Manager will lead new product development, deployment, and be responsible for innovation strategy and communication for AVEENO Body:Key Responsibilities:Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline for the business with Aveeno Body Innovation Director.Own activation of ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research.Lead execution of innovation projects with R&D, packaging engineering, designers, and other business partners.Proactively identify emerging trends and maintain strong expertise in category, competitive landscape, and social conversation.Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure new products deliver on growth, revenue, and profitability goals.Deploy innovation to regions; develop product launch toolkits that excite local marketing teams and retailers.Develop a deep understanding of key markets, with a disproportional focus on the US market.What we are looking for:Required Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and innovation.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred.Track record of identifying white space opportunities and translating consumer insights into new products and claims.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and communication plans.Experience in the beauty category and brand management preferred.Experience in product innovation highly preferred.Superior communication, storytelling, project management skills, and the ability to influence without authority.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions.What’s in it for you:Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 - $167,900.Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
