Bankruptcy Associate Attorney

Newark office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a bankruptcy associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience with Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and all related proceedings, financial reorganization, and/or creditors’ rights. The candidate should preferably have experience with complex corporate restructuring, which is a plus. Strong writing skills are necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. A prior bankruptcy clerkship is also a plus. Must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and/or New York.
