Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL DOSupport mothers in breastfeeding, bonding, and learning how to care for their newborns.Collaborate to provide a customized birth experience.Prepare and guide mothers through stages of labor.Actively learn advanced childbirth techniques and programs.Support a nurturing and caring environment.Work within a comprehensive team with Unit Educators, Nurse Facilitators, Women's Services RN Administrators, and Clinical Supervisors.Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOUBSN.One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.Fetal Monitoring and Training Basic Dysrhythmia Class.DC license or eligibility.Commitment to our culture that
