Role Overview:The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will be responsible for driving the strategic development and expansion of our franchise network. This includes spearheading franchise sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing system implementations, and leading a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of franchise operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving franchise growth.Key Responsibilities:Franchise Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective franchise sales strategies to drive network expansion and achieve growth targets.Identify and target potential franchisees, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to franchise agreement execution.

Marketing and Branding:

Create and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to attract prospective franchisees and enhance brand visibility.Oversee the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to support franchise sales and brand growth.

System Implementations:

Lead the planning and execution of franchise system implementations, ensuring seamless integration of new franchisees into the network.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine operational processes, training programs, and support systems for franchisees.

Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and development objectives.

Franchisee Support and Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees, addressing their needs and ensuring their success within the network.Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the franchisee experience and support services.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze franchise development metrics, sales performance, and market trends to drive informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive team on franchise development progress, sales performance, and key initiatives.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure adherence to franchise regulations, industry standards, and best practices.Stay abreast of industry trends, legal requirements, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Franchise Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of driving franchise growth and managing successful franchise systems.Skills:

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Proven experience in franchise sales, marketing, and system implementation.Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of franchise operations, marketing strategies, and system implementations.
