Bon Secours Southside Internal Medicine in Petersburg is Adding one MD due to GROWTH of the practice!2 MD’s – 1 PA currentlyFull time position – M-F 8a-5p preferred100% outpatient – no hospital responsibility40% adult, 60% geriatricCall is 1 weekend every 9 weeks, and an average of 4 days per month.Average patients per day – 17-20 – after ramp up periodAll adult/geriatric patient panelEPIC EMR - telehealth/evisits through MyChart1:1 dedicated support by CMA or LPNDiabetes Educator in PracticeSee patients for scheduled appointments (sick visits, routine follow-ups, hospital follow-ups, pre-op medical clearance), refill medications, follow-up with patients on labs/imaging studies with assistance of LPN/CMA, document encounter and billing in EMR and close encounter same day. Sign home health orders and other patient correspondence as needed.Occasionally precepting med students from Liberty UniversityWell-established practice, opportunity to be very busyOur team is kind, respectful and supportive of our patients and each other.
