ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clientsMaintain HIPAA confidentiality at all timesAdhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situationsImplement treatment plans and track/collect data against goalsSupervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program SupervisorsSupport internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methodsSupport other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.Maintain 30 billable hours per weekRequired Skills/AbilitiesProvide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environmentsAbility to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be neededAbility to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settingsJoin our team in the office! We love collaboration and are looking for people who want to enjoy and contribute to our office culture.Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safetyPass TB test, immunizations, and background checkBilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferredExperience and QualificationsA Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field requiredA valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) requiredInterest and experience in working with individuals with disabilitiesDemonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their familiesCompensation and BenefitsSalary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.Medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid Time Off401k + up to 4% match (vested at one year)Annual performance bonusesFrequent social events and team lunchesFlexible schedule (BCBA's will manage their own schedules)Physical Requirements
