An innovative architectural design firm is seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will own the entire proposal process from start to finish, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to produce high-quality proposals. You'll coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and clients, maintain the project database, and ensure all deadlines are met. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You can look forward to a hybrid work style with one day at home and four days in the office, offering a perfect blend of flexibility and teamwork.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000 DOE
Proposal Coordinator Requirements
1-2 years of proposal experience in the architectural, construction, or engineering industryMust be proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft OfficeBachelor's degreeExperience in Construction and Engineering IndustryExperience in Architectural Industry is preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyProposal Coordinator Responsibilities
Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, engineers, and consultants to gather necessary proposal qualifications and feesReview past proposals and ensure new proposals align with established standardsWork closely with the Marketing Director to prioritize tasks and meet all deadlinesCommunicate proposal deadlines and project details to the teamMaintain a clean and updated database of ongoing projects, client information, and deadlinesSchedule delivery due dates for drafts and final proposals, ensuring all materials are reviewed and approved by the proofreader and managerOversee the final steps of printing, binding, packaging, and delivering proposalsBenefits
