It's about providing clarity and hope.The Speciality Sales Director (Dermatology) is a front-line sales leader responsible for execution of the commercial sales strategy for profitable growth in geographic area for Dermatology laboratory sales and service representatives.This is a field-based sales leadership position covering the Southeast Region.

Responsibilities:

Hire and retain an effective sales team of Account Executives and Account ManagersCoach, motivate and develop sales talentEstablish regional action plans and market strategiesSet metrics and accountability standards to drive performance towards goalsManage and measure sales force performance and provide feedback to repsConduct district analytics and market intelligenceMarshal and manage resources to solve problems and achieve plansSupport key account developmentProvide input to regional marketing efforts

Key Metrics:

Achievement of district revenue budget.Execution of sales strategy.Client retention.Price realization.Selling costs to budget.Sales force engagement, retention and development.Business acumen measures.

Required Work Experience:

Five years account executive experience in healthcare environment; prefer diagnostics or medical sales.Five years leadership and/or management experience (direct reports)Demonstrated knowledge of sales processes.Demonstrated subject matter expertise in dermatology/dermatopathologyKnowledge:

Knowledge of reference laboratory business, tests and processes.Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payors and regulations.Understand general economics of B2B business transactions.Skills:

Track record demonstrating strong closing skills and revenue growth.Education:

Bachelor's degree (Required)
