If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Industrial or engineering degree is preferred.Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial asset management, focusing on Analytics-driven solutions and a comprehensive understanding of asset management concepts, including asset strategy development, predictive maintenance, asset criticality assessment, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Enterprise Asset Management systems, work management best practices (work identification, planning, scheduling, and execution) and industrial data protocols.Minimum 3 years of experience in 2 or 3 of the following industries: Utilities, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy, with expertise in consulting, systems integration, or solution architecture, along with a minimum 2 years of experience in Deal Shaping and Solution Planning, involving client value proposition creation, product/concept selling, pre-sales/solution architecting, and collaborative technology solutioning.Proficiency in data analytics and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing predictive maintenance and optimization solutions including relevant certifications in AI or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud AI/ML certifications) are desirable.Bonus Points if:Experience in Agile development environments is preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.District of Columbia $67,300 to $156,200New York $58,500 to $169,800Maryland $58,500 to $135,800Washington $67,300 to $156,200Accenture is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for persons with disabilities or religious observances, including reasonable accommodation when needed.
