Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading Real Estate Company in the Newton area. Currently, the finance and accounting team is looking to bring on a proven Accounts Receivables Analyst to support the group. Responsibilities:
Process daily cash applications from lockbox and monthly ACH direct debit for 30+ properties.Charge up properties rent roll charges every first of the month.Prepare monthly closing reports for property management and Accountants.Responsible for answering billing inquiries and researching account history.Processed 5000+ payments monthly across approximately 30 properties, including EFTs and lockboxes.Apply various charges to owners' accounts.Assist with questions and concerns.Assist with other accounting and miscellaneous job-related duties as needed.Generate statements for delinquent owners.Skills:
