facility to join our team and oversee all customer service and warehouse operations at this location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, customer service, logistics, inventory management, and team leadership. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing associates to superior levels of customer service, ensuring the efficient flow of products through the warehouse, and maintaining accurate inventory records, while working closely with our customers and sales team in parallel.Weller Truck Parts benefits for full-time associates include but are not limited to:Weekly PayDay Shift ScheduleMedical, Dental and Vision PlansHealth Reimbursement Accounts with Company ContributionsFlexible Savings Account with Company MatchHealth Savings Account with Company ContributionDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid Time Off401(K) with Company MatchingTuition ReimbursementLife Insurance for Associates and Options for their FamiliesFitness Center Membership ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (up to 6 free counseling visits per family member, per year, per topic/issue)Employee DiscountsCompany Provided Uniforms and Weekly Laundering ServiceWork Boot ProgramPrescription Safety Glasses ProgramResponsibilities:Responsible for maximizing sales by directing the inside sales team in a manner that provides customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service.Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent Weller Truck Parts in accordance with company policies and values.Manage inside sales/counter sales team to provide product training and knowledge as well as customer service.Coordinate with outside sales team to provide industry leading customer support and satisfaction.Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize errors.Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, production, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.Review associate time records for clocking accuracy and correct all missed punches.Ensure store vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and daily/monthly inspections are completed properly.Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED, with 5+ years’ experience in inside sales, required.Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or a related field, preferred.3+ years of experience with inside sales centered on the parts/commercial truck market, is required.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.Must be able to get on and off forklift.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.Must be an active listener and able to communicate for prolonged periods of time.If you have a passion for optimizing inside sales while delivering exceptional customer service, warehouse operations, managing inventory efficiently, and leading a team to success, we want to hear from you.We are an Employee-Owned organization with excellent benefits, including our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
