The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the senior healthcare sector, particularly in primary care or Medicare Advantage plans. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive growth, build strong relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our senior patients.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.Collaborate to lead strategy for assigned markets in collaboration with operations and clinical leadership of the region.Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to increase market share.Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams, including setting clear targets, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure region's membership targets are met.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales leadership at contracted Medicare Advantage plans, National or multi-state FMOs, and large senior care organizations.Analyze regional market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to inform sales strategies.Use data-driven insights to adapt tactics and achieve sales targets.Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Foster a collaborative environment to enhance overall service delivery.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership to demonstrate progress and highlight areas for improvement.Ensure all sales practices comply with CMS regulations and company policies.Uphold ethical standards and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.Required Skills/Abilities:Strong sales background and business acumen, with the ability to mentor and coach others to meet company objectives.Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strategic relationships.Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the healthcare industry.Ability and willingness to travel to assigned markets up to 50%.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
