Lead, own, and enhance our Author Subscription Program by focusing on B2B relationships and developing features that drive creator growth and platform success.Develop strategies to expand the number of published creators on our platform while ensuring they receive effective support and engagement.Utilize insights into virality to enhance platform features and accelerate adoption, establishing us as the leading subscription service for authors.With a deep understanding of our users’ needs, wishes, and problems, you will work closely with our Director of Product to build a long term roadmap and champion our customers’ needs at all times.Oversee every step of the product lifecycle, including ideation, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, vision, strategy, roadmap, development, and distribution.Define metrics and make product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing, experimentation, and user research.Analyze & report product data from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.Collaborate with key stakeholders across product, engineering, design, analytics, SEO, QA, content, marketing, and more.What You'll Bring:
5+ years in product management roles, with a proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles from ideation to launch, with experience in an early-stage startup environment.Experience in customer engagement and community building.Proficiency in SQL with the ability to use it comfortably on a weekly basis.Experience in managing the product lifecycle for mobile and web applications within the B2C space.Startup Hungry: You are proactive; able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment.Think out of the box: You have experience with identifying various business problems or product flaws by coming up with creative solutions. Passion for creating and designing useful innovative products.Empathy: Deeply understand our readers, writers, engineers, designers, business stakeholders.Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA.What We’ll Offer:
