WIC Supplemental Nutrition Program SME

Leverage general program and policy expertise for a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), as well as consulting, data analysis, and project management experience to drive the design and transformation of new methods to collect information necessary to produce nationally representative estimates in support of the Payment Integrity Information Act (PIIA). Make recommendations to drive digital transformation, modernization, and improving operations through standardizing and streamlining business processes and implementing innovative technical solutions. Support interactions with all levels of client staff to facilitate communication and collaboration and document the capabilities required to meet business needs. Develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the organization's high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and its people, process, and technical solutions while taking identified constraints and existing technology into account. Present recommendations to the internal team and the client, articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy clearly. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
