Leverage general program and policy expertise for a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), as well as consulting, data analysis, and project management experience to drive the design and transformation of new methods to collect information necessary to produce nationally representative estimates in support of the Payment Integrity Information Act (PIIA). Make recommendations to drive digital transformation, modernization, and improving operations through standardizing and streamlining business processes and implementing innovative technical solutions. Support interactions with all levels of client staff to facilitate communication and collaboration and document the capabilities required to meet business needs. Develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the organization's high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and its people, process, and technical solutions while taking identified constraints and existing technology into account. Present recommendations to the internal team and the client, articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy clearly. Work with us as we help Citizen Service focused federal agencies evolve.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in federal consulting, support contracting, government staff, or industry staffExperience supporting a SNAP or WIC programExperience leading small teams or workstreams, overseeing project staff, and in client service with SNAP or WIC, interacting with all levels of managementAbility to conduct independent research and analysis, gather information through interviews, synthesize findings, and apply analytic expertise to derive insights that contribute to the development of client solutionsAbility to gather and understand the client business and technical requirements, as well as gathering, analyzing, and presenting complex data effectivelyAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing requestsAbility to interact successfully with executives, and facilitate large scale meetings with hands-on government clients, including senior staffAbility to be highly organized, self-proficient, and an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem-solverAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor’s degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with large scale project management, business process improvement, organizational transformation, and digital transformation projects across Federal Civilian AgenciesExperience working with teams in a fast-paced dynamic environmentExperience solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutionsAbility to independently author and present client briefings and communicationsPossession of excellent problem-solving, client relationship, facilitation, and management skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsIndustry Recognized Project Management or Agile CertificationVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
