Pay : $28 - $30 / Hour

Responsibilities :
Invoice Intake and Data Entry:
Classify, scan, and input invoices into the accounting system.
Invoice Verification:
Match invoices to purchase orders and tags, validating quantities, pricing, and materials.
Coding and Allocation:
Assign accurate codes and allocate invoice costs appropriately.
Invoice Approval and Payment:
Process and approve invoices, ensuring timely discounts and payments.
Invoice Reconciliation:
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, reconcile vendor statements, and manage aging reports.
Credit Card and Vendor Management:
Process credit card payments, address vendor inquiries, and monitor account holds.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as needed.
Month-End Closure:
Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing to meet month-end deadlines.
Mail Processing:
Handle incoming financial mail.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to optimize invoice processing efficiency.
