Senior Business Analyst

ResponsibilitiesJob Description:Required Skills: Business Analyst with Risk domain experience having Java/Oracle background.Agile Project Implementation, Story/Acceptance criteria refinement, Requirement Elicitation.Capturing functional requirements and impacts using process flow, use cases, swim lane diagrams.BA review testing, Sprint demo/presentations.Preparation of Concept Note, PPR, Business Proposal, BRD, FRS, As-Is, To-Be Process Documents.Gap Analysis, Change Management.Stakeholder Management.Design of MIS Dashboards catering to various KPIs that are critical from a monitoring point of view.Review technical requirement documents and other project-related deliverables, Evaluate technical bids, Refine MOUs.Facilitate requirement gathering and solution demonstration workshops involving end users across various Govt. hierarchies.Design wireframes and UI prototypes for future state business processes; Re-engineer the existing processes.Coordinate with development/integration teams and end users for solution implementation.Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing support.Nice to have skills: Scrum.
