We are seeking a seasoned
Head of Human Resources
with a background in IRS or taxation-related environments to lead an HR department. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.Head Of Human Resources Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyOversee employee onboarding, development, and retention programsImplement and manage performance management systems to ensure employee growth and productivityAddress employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policiesDrive diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforceAnalyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions and improvementsHead Of Human Resources Qualifications
5+ years experience in managing end-to-end HR domainsDegree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred. (Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus)Proven experience as an HR leader, with a strong background in HR management within the gas station or convenience store industryDemonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and programsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsExperience with HR software and data analyticsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismHead Of Human Resources Benefits
