Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.As Sr. Product Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for:Requirements AnalysisEngaging with each business line and region regarding their technology needs.Performing gap analyses between current legacy solutions and preferred stack applications.Aligning requirements wherever possible to reduce redundancy and promote efficiency.Deep dive into configurability of solutions to meet requirements before requesting development changes.Create product-ready design epics based on aligned requirements.CollaborationForm strong partnerships with the global PDS business, identifying and assessing opportunities where management software can drive efficiency or differentiate JLL’s offering.Serve as a subject-matter expert on project management software; including how it must be configured to best meet JLL’s specific needs.Represent the voice of the user, establishing forums for product feedback, while engaging with users, customers, partners, and the field to keep up with changing needs.Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail-oriented, have excellent problem solving and communication abilities, and a deep understanding of technology product management and implementation details. Candidate’s technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar and influence the team’s decisions and drive secure and robust solutions which have great customer experience.Education and experienceA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, with an advanced degree in a technical or financial subject preferred but not required.Basic understanding of Project Management in the Built Environment is an

absolute must ; preferably by having a background in the construction/AEC industry, or having previously worked on relevant construction/project management software or other demonstrably relevant experience.3+ years of technical product management experience including developing, launching, and supporting enterprise products.Experience creating successful product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and guiding product design discussions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a range of audiences.Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy; must be passionate about delivering products users love.Strong ability to help prioritize competing priorities.Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, facilitate, and work well with others.Willingness to work a flexible schedule (early/late hours) to connect and collaborate with global staff, when needed.Fluent in Jira/ADO, Figma, Confluence etc.Estimated total compensation for this position is:

125,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year.Location:
